Description

  • Orthopedic drills are used in orthopedic operating rooms and sometimes in general and restorative operating rooms. This device provides the conditions of use based on the type of operation and the size of the patient’s body (for children and adults, and lower and upper limbs) by connecting to the armature and using orthopedic drills up to 6 mm in diameter. In this design, by using 12 V electric voltage directly by the battery, safe conditions are provided for the patient and the operator, while the weight of the product is significantly reduced (5 kg) and the surgeon gets tired later.
  • This device is used with a special battery pack and charger. The battery designed and used in this product is a lithium battery. Lithium batteries with high power and efficiency and a very long service life in addition to light weight have created ideal conditions for using this product. Chargers designed for this purpose can only be used for lithium batteries and are designed based on the power of lithium batteries and charge this type of battery in two to three hours.
  • The main components and technical specifications of the orthopedic drill device, including:

A) high-speed motor (15000-16000 rpm), which is responsible for providing the required torque for drilling. b) The mechanism of power transmission and speed change using a gearbox with solar gears, which has the task of converting high-speed kinetic energy into low-speed potential and kinetic energy (providing shear torque). c) Orthopedic drill head with the possibility of mounting and disassembling the drill d) Drill locking system on the device which is designed as a screw. e) The system for maintaining the high speed engine in its place when applying the torque f) The board and the selector determine the state of rotating clockwise, anti-clockwise and in the off state which determines the direction of the drill or cuts off the power supply to the motor. When there is no need to use the device, the selector is turned off. g) The drill handle includes the device’s start-up key, which is push-button, and the device is immediately cut off when the finger is removed from it, as well as the drill handle cover, which after inserting the battery, isolates the battery compartment from the outside space and stores the battery in It fixes its place.

  • For this device, a lifespan equal to 5 years is considered, and the documents related to the production of each product are archived for 5 years. It should be noted that the company is obliged to guarantee the device for one year and after-sales service for 10 years.
