The rotary pump in this system has been chosen because it has the least air leakage and the least noise, and the pressure is appropriate and necessary for the volume itself. It produces cuffs. The tank of the device actually acts like an accumulator and has the task of smoothing and uniforming the pressure of the produced wind and prevents sudden pressure shocks from entering the pressure transducer. The electric valve is used to empty the cuff at the end of the work and also to control the pressure during the work, and if the pressure increases for any reason during the work, this valve opens automatically and balances the pressure. The pressure data receiver board (Panel board) is responsible for recording the pressure required by the user, and in case of any change, it transfers it to the microcontroller board, and the micro system balances the pressure by commanding the pump and electric valve. Adjusts based on the operator’s request. Also, the micro board has the ability to record and store information and can be connected to receivers, including computers, mobile phones, etc., through Wi-Fi, and after entering the device’s special password, it can provide a report on the device’s performance during the patient’s surgery. This report is sent as a PDF file and can be printed and attached to the patient’s file. The display of the device has a 12-volt power supply and a graphic screen with a very high resolution, and it displays the information of the surgery including the set pressure, set time and operation time on the screen.
